To get started, tap the Kindle button under your book cover, or you can tap into your Booktrovert Account and scroll down to the Connections settings.
Tap on Configure, and this informational window will display two very important steps:
Step 1: Copy kindle@netgalley.com, then head to your Amazon account → Content Library → tap on Preferences → scroll to Personal Document Settings, which you can tap on to expand.
Locate the Approved Personal Document E-mail List, where you’ll tap the “Add a new email address” link at the bottom, and then paste kindle@netgalley.com
Step 2: Paste the personal Kindle email address associated with the Kindle app, which you located earlier, into your Booktrovert account.
Once complete, you’re set to send books directly to your Kindle app from your Booktrovert Library.
A few important things to note:
⮕ All Booktrovert files come through as DOCS and not as BOOKS.
⮕ Make sure you add kindle@netgalley.com and NOT kindle@netgallery.com - note that there is no R.
⮕ It can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour for your book to arrive. Do make sure your device or app is connected to WiFi.
⮕ You can only change your personal Kindle email within your Booktrovert account once per month, so be sure you have copied it correctly. If you need to make additional updates, please contact our friendly support team.
⮕ If you switch between reading on multiple Kindle devices, you can easily access your Booktrovert books on all of your devices, without having to change the personal Kindle email listed in your Booktrovert account. Read more here!
